Spin your own yarn workshop is a taster workshop to learning how to make handspun yarn.
The focus of this workshop is to allow participants to have a deeper understanding to how yarn is made.
Who is this for?
This is good for those with interest to fibre arts and the concept of wool fleece being spun into yarn.
Materials provided:
- 1 wooden drop spindle
- 2oz wool roving
- Quick start notes
Other Information:
Workshop will be taught in English.
There will only be maximum of 10 participants per workshop.

As a rule of thumb, you'll need minimum 3 skeins of any fingering yarn / 5 skeins of DK yarn , to make a top of a decent length.
For cropped tops or sizes below UK10, 2 skeins of fingering yarn can make a basic top.

Below UK10, 3 skeins of fingering yarn and 5 Skeins of DK yarn
Kindly ensure sufficient yarn is purchased from the same batch as repeated runs will be visually different

May bleed on first wash. Love your makes by handwashing in cool water with detergent for wool and silk.
